Tutorial took me about three hours to do, mainly because I had to write the tutorial out. XD
This was drawn mainly cause there were no tutorials on how to draw Sea Foam (That I could find) using Photoshop. I've had some minor experience when I was learning how to Oil paint with my grandma three years ago at how sea foam is made using real paint, but a brush loaded with paint and daubed around didnt quite work right on photoshop. So, while working on a picture that I have been practicing for (those who watch me have seen sneak peeks -- it involves my tropical water dragon Alohuaki), I played around and lucked out on my first attempt of making it. The technique made me squee in joy. One of my friends told me they wanted to know how to do it since they had been trying for a while, so I figured "I need to share this with the world, since there doesnt seem to be anything about it here in Deviantart.
Please enjoy the tutorial, and if you learn from it and use the technique, why not post your picture here? I'd love to see it!
